  • Vibe Muzic provides AI-assisted music generation and workspace tools.
  • Features, pricing, and limits may change over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid account to use protected features.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Music generation consumes credits based on selected generation options.
  • Credit purchases are processed through Polar checkout.
  • Purchased credits are non-transferable and may be non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Generated Content

  • You are responsible for the prompts and lyrics you submit.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful.
  • We may remove content or restrict access when misuse is detected.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to abuse the platform, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass usage limits.
  • Do not use the service for fraud, malware, or other prohibited activities.

6. Availability and Changes

  • The service is provided on an as-is basis without guaranteed uptime.
  • We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vibe Muzic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Your use of the service is at your own risk.
